Hi, I’m Bailey Bartlome, FNP-C
Founder of Out West Family Medicine

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with seven years of experience in a variety of specialties. My journey into healthcare began after my brother suffered a traumatic spinal cord injury—an experience that opened my eyes to how powerful compassionate, whole-person care can be. I knew I wanted to be part of changing the way people are treated in the medical system.

I grew up in small-town Idaho, shaped by western values, grit, and years of competing as a rodeo athlete. Those roots taught me the importance of hard work, connection, and showing up for people. After spending over six years in bedside nursing, I saw firsthand how often patients were left with more questions than answers.

That frustration continued as I developed some of my own health concerns, and was constantly made to feel like it was my fault, or that I wasn’t doing enough of the right things by health care professionals. I knew those were not the right answers. My experience led me to pursue my Nurse Practitioner degree and, eventually, discover integrative medicine—a space where conventional and functional approaches come together to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

I care for patients across the lifespan and am proud to offer flexible, accessible care, because I know how important it is to have a provider who’s available when you need them.
